These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DISSCAP website (the “Site”), operated by Virtual Influencer Entertainment, a Wyoming corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Scripted Entertainment Disclosure & Ownership

DISSCAP is a scripted digital entertainment property created and owned by Virtual Influencer Entertainment.

All characters, personas, names, likenesses, storylines, narratives, events, dialogue, interactions, conflicts, and related content presented on the Site are fictional, dramatized, or part of a scripted entertainment universe.

Any resemblance to real persons, events, or circumstances is coincidental or used in a fictionalized manner.

All intellectual property rights in and to the DISSCAP universe — including but not limited to characters, branding, audiovisual works, scripts, catchphrases, story arcs, derivative works, and all related materials — are owned exclusively by Virtual Influencer Entertainment.

Nothing on the Site grants any ownership interest in Company intellectual property.

2. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

This license does not permit:

  • Reproducing, copying, or redistributing content

  • Creating derivative works

  • Commercial exploitation of any content

  • Using content to train artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models

  • Scraping, data mining, or automated data extraction

  • Removing copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Impersonate the Company or its representatives

  • Use Company intellectual property without authorization

  • Create misleading representations suggesting affiliation with DISSCAP or the Company

4. No Reliance

Content on the Site is provided for entertainment purposes only.

You acknowledge that characters, statements, conflicts, and events may be fictionalized or dramatized and should not be relied upon as factual representations.

Virtual Influencer Entertainment disclaims liability arising from reliance on content presented as part of the DISSCAP entertainment universe.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Content will always be accurate, complete, or current

  • The Site will be secure or free from harmful components

Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Influencer Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

If liability is found, it shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Wyoming.

You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
